Rollin' With Evian

I hate the idea of buying water. I mean, I can get that out of my tap. Ever notice the number of water fountains are diminishing? I might be changing my tune.

How does drinking Evian make you feel? That’s the question posed by one of the most popular bottled water brands out there, Evian. It’s supposed to make you feel young, refreshed and happy. Watching this video that I received from a friend (which is exactly the viral intent Evian is going for) only furthers their campaign idea.

Complete with a YouTube Channel with an annotated video that takes you to the Evian Live Young micro site you’ll find all kind of goodies like watching the video all over again in “The Movie” to trailers that let you see babies in onesies breakdancing and shot in a way that seems like a home video. And like my wife always says, “What’s cuter than a baby in a onesie?” I’m hooked. This site has it all.

There’s the question, “How’d they do that?” well they show some of that too in the “Making of the Movie” – the brillance here is showing the moms with the babies, women who are just like the target audience they are trying to reach. Well done.

This also has plenty of social media goodness throughout, you can share this on Facebook, grab some wallpaper photos and download and remix the music. Good times!

They promise baby interviews are coming soon – so, now they’ve given me a reason to come back. Bravo, Evian, bravo!

I’ll go ahead and say this is the best online campaign of the summer so far. Better yet, I’ll be buying Evian water the next time at a retailer just as a sign of respect.
