And what happens next?  Those interactions and online experiences with your brand lead to increased awareness, loyalty and … yes, plunking down the moolah!

If you’re a marketer, what does that mean?  It means you better have a decent looking website to start.  Then it means you need to find ways to interact with customers, media, influencers and prospects using social media tools that fit your brand and match where your audiences spend their time.
