So the folks at Lessing-Flynn asked me to come up with a blog idea. Well, I came up with one for the entire summer. What I’ve come to realize in a short time is that Lessing-Flynn always starts by telling a client’s story. Well, the employees at Lessing-Flynn have stories too, so why not get to know them better with me through a series of interviews? But that’s not enough. I want your questions. I want to know what you want to know about this crew.

This could be a dangerous idea, but here’s how it’ll work. I’ll post their picture, you ask the questions, and I’ll get the answers. Try to keep it clean people, as I do want to have some semblance of a career when this summer ends.
Let’s start with Chris Hanson, Art Director! Submit your questions – top questions will be chosen. To read the brief employee bios, visit our home page and click on the person. Let the interviews begin and ask your questions in the comments section.

Hanson, how do you play pocket fours when you are on the button?
Chris, what really makes a good ad: alluring images and dazzling graphics, or blunt and provocative copy?
(Suggestion for a future blog post: film your copywriters reading Mr. Hanson’s response. As I suspect they’ll subscribe to a completely alternative theory, it should make for compelling television…err, webvision?)
What is your favorite thing about Justin Bieber? Who do you think should star as Justin Bieber in a film based on the life of Justin Bieber?
Okay, Ellen, I’ll play…
HEY Chris -
From your experience at Lessing Flynn, how are the most successful marketing campaigns developed? Does the creative drive the content and design or does the design and content drive / amplify the creative? (As a follow-up, I want Joe R. to comment on this as well…

Hey Big Fella: How do you feel about lonely housewives?
Chris: Do you meet with clients very often? How do you feel when some one is critical of your work?
OK, what’s your favorite menu item at Jethros BBQ?
Chris,
From what or whom do you derive your creative inspiration?
