Tired of those ads that picture people so gorgeous you spend so much time looking at them and not focusing on the product? Problem solved. Southern Comfort plays to their “Whatever’s Comfortable” campaign concept with an ad that might be as flawless as they come.
For you fellas out there – you are that guy – you will be that guy – or some variation of this guy at some point. Hopefully sans the speedo. The song is spot on, the one long shot is perfect, the folks on the beach can’t help but notice – no matter how gorgeous they are. I mean, even the dog recognizes that being yourself and being comfortable, is the way to go.
Why this works? Well, I’m thinking about trying some Southern Comfort for the first time in, well, ever. This ad speaks to every man, and being comfortable in your own skin is a way of life, if not a maturity thing. So, cheers to Southern Comfort!
